About Us

For more than 85 years, EWI has remained committed to providing products and dealer support that enhance the financial opportunities for our customers, employees, stockholders and the manufacturers we represent. We continually challenge ourselves to exceed customer expectations, through the effective use of technology and resources. Our experienced and dedicated staff provides exceptional service to every customer. From the beginning, our business has centered on honesty and integrity in our dealings. As a result, we have built long-term relationships with our customers and employees.

EWI serves customers across Twenty Nine States, the Caribbean, and Guam. Our market area includes the following states: Alaska, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Tennesse, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin and Wyoming. Our Corporate Office is located in Houston, Texas and we have branch locations in Omaha Nebraska and Stockton California.

We also continually reinvest in our facilities to ensure superior efficiency when we pull, pack and ship orders. Our state-of-the-art electronic capabilities allow our sales representatives and customers to instantly check inventory, place orders, track shipments, review order history, account information, pricing and much more 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. And while we’re proud of the technologies we have in place, we are also proud of several things we don’t. There is no automated attendant, no minimum order, and no handling charges.

All of us at EWI value the confidence our customers place in us and will continue to work diligently to exceed the expectations placed upon us. We will not let you down!

Employee Spotlight

HEATH HALLUM is our warehouse manager, and has been with EWI for over 10 years. Heath and his team work extremely hard to make sure your orders are picked with extreme accuracy and efficiency. Our warehouse is one of the most crucial areas of our operation, and Heath does a great job to keep it running like a well oiled machine. Heath’s tip for May: “I would encourage our dealers to look at switching their accounts to ship with FedEx instead of UPS. We have done several test shipments over the past month, and there is not only some money saving benefits with FedEx, but they can reach most of our territory in one day.

But don’t take our word for it, check out what our customers have to say about us.
